Cancellation Policy

NO CANCELLATION IS POSSIBLE DURING THE SUMMER PERIOD , BETWEEN JUNE 1 AND SEPTEMBER 30

 

Standard Rate-Stays of less than 10 nights(october 1 to may 31)

 

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date a 3:00 PM are free of charge. After this deadline, the full stay will be charged, up to a maximum of three(3) nights, to the credit card on file.

 

Santdard Rate-Stays of 10 nights or more(october 1 to may 31)

 

For stays of 10 consecutive nights or more, cancellations are free of charge up to 10 days prior to the arrival date.  After this deadline, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total stay will be charged to the credit card on file.

Long-term stays- 31 nights or more

stays of more than 31 consecutive nights are non-refundable.

 

spécial non-cancellable/non-refundable rate

When available, this rate offers a 20% discount off the standard rate but is non-cancellable.  No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation, and the full stay will be charged to the credit card on file.

Stay modifications

Any modification(date changes, shortening of stay, or early departure) is subject to the same conditions as cancellations.  Fees may apply according to the applicable policy.

No show

in the event of a no-show without prior notice, applicable charges will be billed.
