Cancellation Policy

NO CANCELLATION IS POSSIBLE DURING THE SUMMER PERIOD , BETWEEN JUNE 1 AND SEPTEMBER 30

 

Cancellation policy for regular rate (less than 10 days)

 

If you are forced to cancel your reservation, we would be grateful if you could notify us 48 hours before your arrival date, otherwise a cancellation fee of ONE night will be charged to your credit card.

 

Cancellation Policy for Regular Rate (10+)

 

If your reservation is for more than 10 consecutive nights, you can cancel without penalty 10 days before your arrival. Otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to half of your stay will be charged to your credit card.

 

Cancellation Policy for Rate 31+ (Stay of more than 31 consecutive days)

 

Non-cancellable, non-refundable

 

This rate offers a 20% discount on the current rate, but the cancellation policy is stricter. A deposit equal to half of the stay (including taxes) is required at the time of booking. Any cancellation received will result in the total loss of the deposit; no refunds will be issued.
